Description

Get your rear in gear! This program is designed to get your backside looking as close to those oh-so-perky Brazilian booties we all know and love. All you'll need for this workout is a chair or ledge and your willingness to feel a little booty burn. Something to note during the entire program is to keep focus on your glute muscles while performing each exercise. Sometimes all it takes to feel it in the right place is to pay focus to that particular area. Let's get on with it!!
