Description

Today is Day 4 of your 50 rep push-up challenge. This workout is geared towards creating endurance with your push-ups so that when test time comes, you can last the length of the challenge. Attempt to perform as many push-ups as you can for each round and record the reps. Revisit this workout before your challenge to see if you can beat your previous rep count. Good luck!
