For week 1 workout B, all you'll need is plenty of water. Today is your super-cardio workout. Each time you repeat the set try to push harder than the last set so that the final set is you, giving it all you got. This is going to help you shed those pounds so don't give up!! AMAZING YET PAINFUL WORKOUT!!! BUT I NEVER QUITE IN THEORY MIDDLE OF IT.... I STUCK IT TILL THE END !!!!
