Description

Microcycle 1 :. Now 3-5 reps per set, 4 sets per exercise. pause for 20 seconds after 4th set, decrease weight and do fifth set and go till muscle failure. 4-5 exercises per muscle group; Thursday shoulders (4 exercises shoulder and what ever muscles you want to do) and finishing with calves.
