Believe it or not, isometric movements (holding a position) are one of the hardest types of exercises. See if you can hold these positions for the time allotted. If you can't, you have something to strive for. If you can, well, hold it longer!! These exercises are best dealt with if you "whistle while you work". Really! Sing a song and you'll find yourself done in no time. Go for two rounds.
