Description

Take on the BIG DumBO for a great all round workout full of stability, dynamic, balance, core, and strength exercises. This 35 min workout incorporates dumbbells and BOSU ball exercises (hence the DumBO). Its also the exact same workout the real Dumbo used while training to fly. If your in a time crunch and 35 mins won't cut it, try the little DumBO workout! Same concept, less time.
