Description

HIIT Treadmill workout with inclines. Perfect for running inside during the winter. Try various inclines. I find a sprinting speed of 7-9 is good and jogging/walking between 3.5-5.5 but I'm not a very intense runner. Remember to BREATHE steadily throughout. It's not a long workout and you'll feel awesome all day
