Description

Get your rear in gear! This program is designed to get your backside looking as close to those oh-so-perky Brazilian booties we all know and love. This workout requires you to use an exercise ball and a clear, sturdy wall. Something to note during the entire program is to keep focus on your glute muscles while performing each exercise. Sometimes all it takes to feel it in the right place is to pay focus to that particular area. Let's get on with it!!

I'm on 2nd week and my butt is on fire! It works. I just don't like jumping lunges so instead I do regular squats with 10 lbs weights.
