This one's a quickie designed to burn out your lower body first, then your upper. You'll need a set of dumbbells for this. The weight amount is up to you, just make sure the exercise gets tough by the last 5-10 seconds. If your weights are too heavy try holding one with both hands or use the weights as long as you are able then put them down and do the movement without them. Pump that iron and make it burn!
