Description

Using the time allotted and your body weight, you are to time yourself and see how long it takes you to complete 400 total reps if the selected exercises. 17 minutes total = basic. 14-17 solid. Pro 11-14. Elite 8-11. XTREME under 8. You can break it down in sets or however. Pause as soon as you complete then put your time in the notes. No more than twice a week recommended. Have fun. Just skip to the end once completed. The time is set for basic level no matter what you get it is good just try.
