Description

The TRX 40/40 Challenge combines two signature body and core exercises: the TRX Atomic Push-up and the TRX Low Row. Work towards 40 of each with Descending Sets training. If you are able to complete 20 TRX Atomic Push-ups and 20 TRX Low Rows, complete this descending set workout and work towards joining the 40/40 Club!
