Description

I went to the doctor with knee pain and was told that I needed to strengthen my VMO muscle (one of the anterior thigh muscles). I've been doing this short series of exercises every day and they seem to have really helped. If anyone has had similar problems or has physiotherapy knowledge and knows sone other good exercises tell me so I can improve this...do along with leg clamshells w. resistance bands by Michael in Ca*
