Description

From Wu Ji stance breathe in (pushing abdomen out) as you raise both hands, circling upward from the sides of the body. Palms down. Turn palms face up when your arms are fully lifted over your head. Breathe out (pulling abdomen in) as you lower hands. Palms face your body as you return to starting position.
