Description

30 seconds max strength and stroke rate keeping good form and technique. 1:30 min pause rest and slow gentle strokes until next burst. Complete as many rounds/sets as you like. I recommend from 5-10 depending when you do it before or after main workout. If before please do stretches and warm-up to decrease injury of cold muscles.
