Description

This workout is designed to help you burn calories with short recoveries and long high intensity cardio. The warm up allows your heart to slowly build intensity, safely preparing you for your workout. During the Moderate Elliptical you should be breathing harder than the warm up but be able to have a short conversation without getting too winded. During the Fast Elliptical you should be breathing heavily and only able to give short responses. Focus on keeping your heart rate between 75%-85% during the fast elliptical intervals.
