Description

We'll be lifting heavy for this workout! What's heavy you ask? Only YOU can answer that question so choose a weight that's challenging and when you can complete 5 reps with good form of any exercise add 5 pounds to the bar! Your entire body must work as a unit to complete these exercises. HEAVY weight does something special to your body. When you lift heavy, your body really responds to that stimulus by building muscle and strength.
