Description

Want an introduction into strength, endurance and power training with the help of a kettlebell? Well then, have we got a great workout for you; one that includes excellent basic kettlebell moves done in sets of two with plenty of rests in between. These exercises will demand the use of all of your major muscle groups! Be patient as you master the moves, aiming for proper technique and good range of motion. Start with a light kettlebell to get a handle on it. If you don't have one, you could use a dumbbell or soup can.

This was my first kettle bell workout and was a good introduction to using this piece of equipment. Feels different from using dumb bells but variety is good and I will do this workout again, as well as trying other kettle bell workouts.
