Description

This yoga-based routine aims to increase flexibility in your neck and improve overall posture using gentle neck movements and core and back-strengthening exercises. Requires a lightweight band, mat, and foam roller.

 Inhale and slowly stretch your arms up and backwards over your head. Option: keep palms together, bend backwards for even more stretch.
