Description

Bicep workout finisher - reps of 10 hammer curls, both arms at once, dropping down 5 lbs after each set, no rests. As soon as your arms fatigue drop down to the next weight - I usually hammer curl 85lbs+ but suggest you start at around 70% your normal weight. I begin at 50lbs
