Description

Just like the original "Traveling Toner," but shorter for a tight travel schedule. Traveling does not mean you have to stop exercising. This is a full body intense workout that can be done in a small space (like a hotel room or living room). There are a variety of exercises, and no equipment is needed (though you might want an exercise mat for hard, nasty hotel floors)! Concentrates on arms, chest, back, abs/core, legs and cardio. Enjoy it while you sweat!
