Description

Stretches from my physiotherapist. They are quite difficult to describe without pictures so if it's not clear google them or ask me and I'll try to help. I've written the instructions for one side only - do half the reps on that side then switch and do the remaining reps on the other side. The starting position for all exercises is sitting or standing up straight.
