Description

Tricep finisher - drop setting down from your 10 rep weight. Do 10 reps of the rope pulldown then drop the weight by 5 lobs and do another 10 reps, continuing to drop weight until you've completed 5 sets. Rest for 1 min and repeat. Your triceps will be on FIRE BABY !! my bicep finisher is called 'Hammer Time'. Combine both each week to prime those guns
