Kung fu forms that I practice qigong with.Difficult to explain.Chi is internal energy that flows along meridians in the body.The meridian is like a train route. The pressure point is like a train station and the commuters are the Chi which flows along they meridian. The Chi gets on and off at the pressure point as the commuters get on and off at the train stations. Like when you get a kink in a water hose and the water doesn't flow efficiently our bodies are the same way . These exercises help promote the flow of Chi.
