This is just a farmer's carry to do at the end of your routine for the day to empty your gas tank. A great total body exercise and great for grip strength. Grab 2 dumbbells that are just heavy enough for you to lift and walk in a circle or figure 8 untill you can't hold them anymore. Pretty simple! Forget the time limit, this is just for logging the workout. Peace!
