Description

Grab a pen and paper, or if you're under the age of 30, grab your phone and get ready to jot down your reps because we're going to play a game. However many reps you achieve in the first round stands as your base. Your goal is to keep or exceed that same number of reps for every set after that. If you go below, the difference in reps stands as the total amount of burpees you have to do at the end of the workout. Let's throw down!!
