Description

Work those hamstrings, hip flexors and adductors. Make sure your legs are warmed up and stretched before working on deeper splits. To get full benefit hold at least 30 seconds. Do not bounce to avoid injury.

Noooo!!! This is just putting me on fire while I sit in the office and review the workout when I could be out there doing this. Cant wait to get out of here and try this, and loving the front split pic. When is a good time as I see you do most WO's in the early AM?
