Description

I practice Pranayama for various reasons. It's a great destresser, or a tool for high altitude training, asthma relief during sand storms or while traveling in highly polluted areas. But Pranayama has many other benefits such as: lowering blood pressure, weight loss, life extension etc. Always breathe through nostrils in easy cross legged- or double pigeon.
