Description

And, pelvic floor activation, just to get personal, ladies imagery of sucking a pea up through a straw will help, gentleman, imagine a metal spoon put in the freezer then down your pants = pelvic floor activation...and you want to keep that activated throughout for a super CORE blazer! No equipment, do anywhere workout, sip water throughout as required...there are deliberately no breaks in this workout to keep core totally engaged, but if you need a break hit pause, rest, reengage your core and pelvic floor and get back into it with a big smile;-)
