Description

Here's a lower body workout that will make you want to sit in the car for a while and rest those legs. The only equipment needed is a pair of moderate weighted dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, you could substitute a duffle bag or a couple of suitcases. You could be taking 'suitcase squats' literally in just a few minutes. Enjoy!
