Description

As described in the book Immortality Edge, "The core of our Immortality Edge exercise program is a high intensity, interval, anaerobic routine designed to build up the capacity of your lungs, strengthen your heart and boost your levels of human growth hormones by as much as 1,000 percent - and to do all this with the minimum amount of wear and tear (stress) on your overall cardiovascular, muscular and skeletal system. If this,program is done correctly, your telomeres will remain long and you will age more slowly. Siphiwe note: do this workout after doing the Morning Healing Yoga workout on Skimble and any 2 to 5 minute warmup workout.
