Description

Stand tall and proud like the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. Did you know that you can increase your height by regular stretching? At 5 '10 and then some, I certainly do not need to grow, but I regularly use a variation of stretches to maintain good posture to avoid slouching. I picked some of the most effective ones for spinal streching in this workout. Happy stretching!

Seany, if you want to do Phase 1 on twisted chair :once in chair, now twist upper body to left, your right shoulder moving over left knee,now extend right arm downward, full extension, then, extend left arm away as far as you can in an upper motion, this is just as good of a stretch, hun 😽

My big thighs prevent me from achieving a good twisting chair pose. Any suggestions on a modification? I can squat and twist just fine, but I can't get my elbow to the outside of my opposite leg. (hopefully I explained that accurately, LOL).

👍 👍 👍 👍 5'8" is tall! At my height you're afraid to wear high heels to a blind date lolol!!!! (((like that time when my friends tried to hook me up with that race car driver.. Poor guy was talking to my boobs lololol))

Ha! And here I am feeling short at 5'8; I'm working towards 5'9+!!
