Description

Way to go, champ, you made it to the last workout! For your graduation we've created one last tribute to how strong you've become. This is one you're going to want to record your reps for future reference. This is your benchmark so that when you try these exercises again in a few weeks you can make sure you're keeping up your fitness level.
