Begin warming up the body in order to meditate and practice a breathing technique called Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing). This is a subtle but deeply profound detoxification technique which has an incredibly positive impact on both the brain and body. In sandskrit "nadi" means subtle energy channel and "shodhana" means cleaning or purification. This practice helps balance the left and right hemisphere of the brain and clears blocked energy channels in the body, which in turn calms the mind. You'll be thinking a lot clearer after this practice.
