Description

This sequence prepares you for deeper twisting and focuses on lengthening the spine and side body. You will warm up the hamstrings, shoulders and hips incorporating warrior poses and gentle backbends. Sit up on pillows or a couch cushion for the wide legged forward fold at the end if flexibility is an issue. Then ease into savasana with gentle hip openers and restorative Goddess Pose.
