Sounds good John, and a good way to develop muscles for pistols is to do the same movement reverse, sit on a chair on bench and then stand and lower from there:-))

So...tried it, but had to discard. I'll keep it when I'm able to get through the pistols without holding onto something or falling. Gotta build some balance and power in the stabilizing muscles! Looking forward to posting this workout completed with a picture of me sweating and grinning ear to ear!
