Get ready for 3 Tabata style circuits with stability ball and dumbbell exercises. This is a great one to help tone the entire body while at the same time getting in some cardio. Each exercise is only 20 seconds long, so do as many reps as possible and use the heaviest weight you are comfortable with. You will do each exercise twice, so think of round 1 as practice, and round 2 as the real deal!
