Description

This is a simple workout to do. Get in push ups position, and do 1 push ups facing north. Then stand up trun south and do 2 push ups starting from 1 facing south. Continue this starting each time from 1 all the way to 10. You do 1, stand up turn south then do (1,2) then north (1,2,3)south (1,2,3,4)north (1,2,3,4,5) all the way to 10.
