this one is too easy, its a good stretch but very mild. Didnt feel anything afterwards.

holding in PROPER form in the time allocated : twisted chair pose/twisting high lunges/ same angle pose/wide leg fwd D=intense. also , revolved head to knee is challenging for many so yes, it should be "intense' classified, and it's a GREAT detox/spinal flex workout!
