You can use dumbbells in place of a kettlebell if you need to. For maximum results, and if you have the time, repeat this sequence 2 or 3 times. Get ready to sweat, breathe, and work your butt off!

This workout was great, real sweat fest. Don't see the point of the 1 minute rest you can't skip at the end though.
