Hi Silvie, my names Tommy & I just now joined up. I have chronic back issues, which are listed in my profile. Anyway I read your credentials & am very hopeful I will benefit from your expertise. The gest tip my Dr's give me is "just don't overdo it." When I've asked for a knudge in the right direction.
