Description

Intervals of jump rope and Burpees. Each srt off excercises you countdown your reps. To make it more challenging do high knee jump ropes and/or add a pushup into your Burpee. Set your timer and push yourself to complete the reps as quickly as possible with full intensity.. Finish with core burnout set of mountain climbers and planks. Cool down and stretch as you like.
