Ur speakin my language.... TOTALLY with ya in ALL aspects!!:) AWESOME!! And YESSSSS...LOTS of energy...lol! I've coached children from the ages of 9 up to 18 in sports at schools too :). I see it as, if I don't test my work and apply what I learned as a trainee to my work and just throw it out there, it is unprofessional. I'm testing everything, making sure it works where I am aiming and in the right ways and all that! I really appreciate the nice comment and them little kids have some energy, don't they? Ha

That's AWESOME coming from a trainer! I personally can't stand trainers that direct only...I LOVE trainers that DO the workouts as well!!!:) My clients r mostly kids since I am a PE teacher....I don't hem after work and I DO the workouts right along with them!!:)
