I did my 13 mile bike ride this morning. With a 4 hour nap after. When I woke, I walk to my Apt. Gym and did 2 sets of 10, in Pull Down and Curls.

Mary Ann, I would suggest browsing through the workouts in the "Casual" catergory. They are lower impact and less intense but you are still moving and burning calories! (I am not a trainer or anything just a user of this app!)
