Description

Testing your fitness every so often is a great way to measure your progress. This fitness test is all about counting your push ups. Do five rounds of 20 push ups followed by a short rest. If you don't make it to 20 push ups in each set, record how many you do and check your progress after a few weeks. If you make it to 20 push ups in each set, then repeat the test twice! Happy challenge day!
