Description

This workout can be short with only basketball jump shots, however, the purpose is to sweat and to tone up my whole body. This workout is just for trying it out. If I like it, I will do it again. It's up to me to decide if this serves me or not. If it serves me, I will continue with this. If not, I will stop and create a new workout
