Description

This is most hated exercise. So we will try to reconcile and love it. We will start with 20 burbees. And i will ad 10 new every weeks. Every Sunday. Burpee is good for cardio, legs, back, abs, shoulders, but its missing arms. So i will add push ups. Any suggestions are welcome but will be discussed between participants before modifications. We will add ten every weeks
