Description

Stretching is a workout on its own and it is REALLY important to get pretty warm beforehand. Wear more clothing layers if necessary (especially during cold seasons). Undress your mind instead. Picture yourself reaching your goal, but be patient and be happy about working towards it even when it seems very difficult to achieve. Don't rush your body physically, learn to listen to it.
