Description

This is a sneaky complex that will blast fat and build endurance. Pick a kettlebell that is moderately heavy. Try not to set the kettlebell down during each round! For the carries, the steps are the reps. If 20 reps is required, walk ten steps out and then ten steps back without setting the bell down.
