Description

Full body workout for the Wolves. You have to do it while singing Jingle Bell or screaming like a wolf;-). Tippy Toes to do on a step with only half forefeet in contact with the step and dumbells in hands, rise explosive, hold for 2 seconds at the highest point and lower your heel slowly. This is Level 2 with dumbells for squatts, step ups and tippy toes.
