Description

Work out anywhere with this couplet. Whether you're at the park, hotel room or layover at the airport all you need is a clock to stay fit. Set your timer for 8 min. Perform 2 push up then lunge 10 steps. Now perform 4 push ups then lunge 10 steps, perform 6 push ups then lunge 10 steps. Continue to increase the push up reps by 2 ever time you do ten lunge steps until the 8 mins expires.
